  • 1 oz Jung & Wulff Guyana Rum
  • 1 oz Cane Run Rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz falernum
  • .25 oz orgeat
  • .25 oz grenadine
  • 1 dash Herbsaint
  • Lime skin/wheel/boat garnish


In a mixing tin, add both rums, all syrups and juices, add ice and shake.  Strain into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with crushed ice.  If needed, top with more ice, and add a lime wheel or lime-skin “boat” garnish.  Add a dash of Herbsaint on top the drink for an aromatic garnish.
