• 2 oz Jung & Wulff Barbados
• .5 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz lime cordial
• 3 oz ginger beer
• Speared lime wheel and candied ginger

In a mixing tin, add the Jung & Wulff rum, lemon juice, and lime cordial, then add ice and shake.  Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, and top with ginger beer.  Garnish with a lime wheel that has been speared with a piece of candied ginger.
