- 1 oz Sazerac de Forge Cognac
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz champagne

Preparation
In a mixing tin, add the Sazerac de Forge Cognac, lemon juice and simple syrup, then add ice and shake. Strain into a flute and top with cold champagne, then garnish with a lemon twist.
