• 2 oz Henry Ramos Gin
• 1 fresh egg white
• .5 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz lime juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• .75 oz heavy cream
• 3 dashes orange flower water
• 2 oz soda water

In a mixing tin, add egg white, lemon juice, lime juice, cream, orange flower water, simple syrup, and Henry Ramos Gin, then add ice and shake vigorously for two minutes.  Strain into a short collins glass and top with cold soda water until the foam rises just above the rim of the glass.
